Sony’s two new tablets would make their maiden appearance in IFA 2011 and its official launch is set for the month of September.
Sony is not leaving any stone unturned and has even changed the names of yet to be released products. The S1 is named as Tablet S and S2 would be name with the name of Sony Tablet P.
S1 would be 10.1 inch thin and would run n advanced Honeycomb Android in 3.1 version and would also support the working of new upgraded Android Ice Cream Sandwich coming in 4.0 version. The main attracting feature of the S tablet is that it is only tablet in the market which comes packed with the certification of PlayStation. Other features like Wi-Fi, Tegra 2 processor running on advanced NVIDIA, 3G and DLNA would also be available in the device. If to be measure then, the tablet is not more than 370 grams.
While Tablet P boasts of double screen and comes with power of 4, thereby meaning 4G support and 4GB memory with NIVIDIA Tegra 2 processor with 512 MB Ram. There are many more features which would be revealed from time to time or say as its launch comes closer. The tablet P weighs 370 grams only.
