With the pursuit of bringing tough competition in the market, the Karbon mobile has introduced a new touch smartphone called Karbonn A1. The possibility of the phone bringing tough competition among the mobile manufacturers is higher as the new gadget is powered by Android 2.2 OS and has a 2.8-inches capacitive touch screen.
It has been told that the new smartphone provides its users with the option of Bluetooth, 3G, and Wi-Fi. It has come to light that soon the company will be introducing three more Android phones with the hope of attracting the attention of students, housewives and business executives.
The price of the Karbonn A1 is set at Rs 6,999. On being compared with the Micromax A60, the smartphone is more effective as it comes with the features of 7.2 Mbps support for 3G, 600 MHz processor, 3.2-megapixels camera, Adobe Flash 10.1 version and 1,100 mAh powerful batteries. Besides, the handset of the smartphone allows external memory up to 32 GB and supports GPS feature.
At the launch of Karbonn A1, the mobile company revealed its intentions of investing 5 million US Dollars in the marketing and promotion of the new smartphones. It has been told that the coming smartphones will be designed to match with the diverse lifestyles of the mobile users.
